Who We Are
Jobfully was born out of a passion for helping professionals in their pursuit of career happiness, particularly in today's challenging employment market.
From her recruiting experience, Jobfully's founder, Mei Lu, frequently found herself working with job seekers who were unprepared or overwhelmed by the prospect of finding better work. Mei wants to share her insider knowledge as a recruiter and a hiring manager with job seeking professionals and help them succeed. Her vision for Jobfully is to empower job seekers to improve their career and life. Every member of the Jobfully team is committed to helping each job seeker lead a productive, positive job search and find fulfilling work.

Jobfully was formed out of Mei Lu's vision of creating an accessible, affordable and proven solution to help today's job seekers successfully reach their goals.
Mei started her career as a Software Engineer and Software Engineering Manager at various technology companies and research institutes, including MicroStrategy, MIT, Manugistics (now JDA Software Group), SoftMed (now 3M Health Information Systems), and QPass (now Amdocs).
Mei transitioned into a career in recruiting and worked with top-tier VC-funded startups and publicly-traded technology firms. She greatly enjoyed this work because it let her combine her passion for helping people find rewarding work with her love for technology. Founding and running Jobfully is giving Mei the opportunity to create her own dream job.
Mei received her MS in Computer Science from University of Pennsylvania and her MS in Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. She lives in Redmond with her two lovely children.
Mei enjoys feeding people with improv cooking, creating her own food fusion, interpretations and reverse engineering on the fly. Her kids, friends, and co-workers are her unsuspecting experiment subjects. Mei wants to have her own cooking show one day after she retires.
